FAQ
For outdoor sessions we watch the forecast from 72 hours out and will offer a reschedule at no cost if the call is made together before the shoot day. Weddings run rain or shine, and we bring lighting for it.
No — the grade is part of the work, so delivery is colour-graded, full-resolution files. Every image in your gallery is print-ready at up to A2 without upscaling.
Yes. It is R1 500 on Bronze, Silver or Gold, and Gold already includes two photographers. For guest counts above about 120 we recommend it. Mini is a fixed one-hour session and does not take add-ons.
A 25% deposit holds the date and is non-refundable inside 30 days of the shoot. The balance is due seven days after your gallery is delivered — you see the work before you settle up. EFT or card.
Usually, yes — that is one of our other services, along with re-editing a shoot someone else photographed. Bring us the print, or a phone snap of it, and we will tell you honestly what is recoverable before you pay anything.
Yes. Our listed prices cover Umhlanga, Ballito and Stanger. Gold includes travel within 200 km of Umhlanga; on the other packages, or further out than that, we add a travel figure to the quote before you commit. For destination work we quote flights and accommodation at cost.
